We have had everything from extremely frugal couples to couples who spend it all on the absolute wedding of their dreams! As budget-friendly or luxurious as you can imagine, our industrial wedding venue can truly match the style you are looking for!
Our inventory of decor is a big deal to our clients. We don't do trendy decor, even though what we offer is on the trendy, vintage side. We offer timeless, tried and true options that our clients can build on to create the exact vision they want. We have over 100 beautiful, vintage brass candlesticks with flameless candles, about 150 glass cylinders with candles, 150 bud vases and a few styles of candle hurricanes. These pieces are used to assemble your tablescape. With just a few flowers and greenery, these pieces complete or accentuate the final look our clients are going for.
Another draw to our warehouse are the beautiful, custom-built harvest tables we offer. All of the wood for the tables is from locally fallen trees and built by a very talented, local furniture builder, who has since retired unfortunately. We wanted tables that can be danced on, but not at a wedding! We also wanted tables that could stand the test of time and just get better with age and so far, that is exactly what we have and they absolutely get better with time. So many meals have been shared, tears have been felt, laughs have been shared, and glasses have been clinked around our harvest tables.
Our upholstered comfy seating that we include and place throughout the warehouse are also a big bonus for our clients. We hear quite a bit how comfortable the warehouse feels. It could be the history that lies in the warehouse. It could be the comfy seating throughout. But, most of all, it's the people that share in the love of the couples that choose to have their wedding at the warehouse. It's the love that is enjoyed in the warehouse.

When booking Kinsey for your Pittsburgh wedding, you get to choose all of the vendors you would like to work with, bring your own alcohol, use all of our included decor, which includes:
125 vintage brass candlesticks with flameless candles
150 Clear glass cylinders of various sizes, usually at least half with candles
Over 100 bud vases
8 gold and glass hurricanes for centerpieces
8 brown/black metal hurricanes for centerpieces
12-15 vintage gold mirrors for seating chart and/or welcome sign
2 Easels for displaying welcome or other signage
Vintage Marquee sign that lights up used for welcome sign or seating chart.
Vintage suitcases, crates, wood slices, wooden drawer units, and other vintage accessories to use as end tables, card box, seating chart, welcome signs, or just for decorating!
About a dozen candle lanterns of different styles
Industrial workbench style pieces for food service, cookie table, table assignments
Outdoor patio with seating for 10-15 and a built-in couch with gas firepit!
Several vintage couches and chairs, coffee tables, end tables for lounge seating and/or sweetheart/bridal table
We also fill the space with house plants galore to soften up all of those hard surfaces!
